Meet Jules Bailey-Rotman

Jules is driven to help others achieve their goals. In a successful sales and marketing career spanning 15 years, he credits honesty, sheer hard work, communication and negotiation skills as his most valuable qualities.
After several years with an online global marketing company, Jules brings a deep understanding of online and traditional marketing methods to his real estate clients, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcome in any given market.
In 2010, after travelling the globe for several years, the allure of a city & sea lifestyle attracted Jules back to Wellington. He now lives and sell homes where he and his wife and young family believe is the 'best little capital city in the world'.
Jules loves his local seaside community, where he has been a volunteer firefighter for the past six years. He also helps coach the local superstar cricket team. When not working he is often to be found in the water, chasing kai moana, on family adventures or playing sport.
