Born a Paterson - Marcia has real estate in her blood! After completing degrees in Physical Education and Nutrition Marcia went on to lecture in health and fitness. Her experience in education allowed her to fine tune her communication skills and certainly taught her patience! She returned from the UK with her English husband to join the family business in 2003. Marcia is passionate about real estate and loves working with people! She strives to make the buying and selling process as stress free as possible for both vendors and purchasers alike. She believes an honest approach together with frequent communication, motivation and enthusiasm are the key to success in this exciting industry. Working as part of a team with Ian and Kate allows Marcia to combine selling with motherhood. Outside of real estate Marcia loves spending time with husband Kit and two boys Oscar and Charlie.
