Meet Carlie Calder

I bring a calm, considered approach to real estate, with strong attention to detail and genuine care for how the process feels for my clients. I enjoy thinking about design and styling, and how small touches can help a home feel its best. I’m hardworking and dedicated, and I believe that building strong relationships with both vendors and buyers is key to achieving the best possible results.

Before moving into real estate, I saw an opportunity to create something special and started my own hospitality business. Building strong relationships with customers and the local community was at the heart of what I did, and a key reason the business was so successful. I grew and ran the business before selling it, and it continues to operate successfully years on. During my time there, the café was recognised as one of Auckland’s top 50 cafés. That experience continues to shape how I work today. I am friendly, honest, and approachable, with a focus on guiding people through what can be a big moment with care and clarity.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me cheering on my boys at sport, or walking my new puppy along the beach.
