The sunken formal living room is truly spectacular, connecting seamlessly via a sliding door to the beautifully landscaped gardens and outdoor entertaining area. Two stunning chandeliers complete the scene. The open fire perfectly compliments the underfloor heating to keep the space cosy during cooler winter months.

The formal dining room adjoins the kitchen, with a 50mm thick tongue and groove timber ceiling. The room features a big round picture window and a stain glass window that looks through to the formal living room, as well as enough space for a large dining table.

The home was extended in 1995 to create a large family room and conservatory. The space is extensively double glazed and features a Toshiba heat pump. The family room has a tongue and groove cathedral ceiling to match the original home as well as two large windows overlooking Khandallah Rd.
