Our new website has been live now for just over a week and we are extremely excited and proud of it! Like all technology we have had a couple of teething problems but they are getting ironed out as you read this. This is the third website we have built and whilst our "old" one still looked good the technology behind the site was getting very old and "clunky".
The winter real estate market has surprised us and defied what the media has been portraying. Whilst the volume of sales is down quite dramatically in the Wellington region, we at Just Paterson have experienced an increase in unit numbers for every month (except June) when measured against the previous 12 months sales. As Principal I firmly believe that this outstanding result, which is against the trend, can be attributed to two factors. The first is our reputation, professionalism, and experience of all our people that have the ability to adapt to a very changing market. The second is our investment in joining the Real Estate Results Network two years ago, and the exposure and training that we all receive from Michael Sheargold, our business coach. The quality of the network members in both Australia and New Zealand and the incredible exchange of ideas, marketing suggestions, sales training, and networking with other top performers has given all of us a new energy and skill level that is setting all of us way above the level of our competitors.
