I think the main thing that sets Just Paterson apart is your communication skills. The level of communication I received was fantastic. Not living in the same town as my property for sale proved no barrier. I always knew exactly what was going on with my property, from when it was going on the website, to when open homes would be held, a same day open home follow up call, where potential buyers were at, through to finalising a sale at a great price given the history of my property.
