"We were in a difficult position last year when I was searching to find a suitable house for months. It was exactly in May last year when we finally found this lovely place thanks to the best real estate agent I could imagine. We met him in one house which we went to view. The house didn''t suit us and we went to see some others. Next following day that fellow, Kahn May from Just Paterson, gave me a call to ask what we were looking for and in which price range. The talk was pretty long with all of my explanations about the history of my unsuccessful search in a longer period of time. Unlike some agents who didn''t show any enthusiasm and motivation to cooperate, Kahn was very eager to help us, so within literally 24 hours he called me to give me some links to view a few houses in our prize range meeting our expectations and cirteria. "In a moment of rash behaviour we bought a house within 27 hours of our first viewing, without actively being in the market for a new home. Sally arranged to show us the home within 3 hours of our call when there were already offers anticipated for the following day. She arranged for a building and LIM report by the end of the day so we were able to make an unconditional offer and we were fortunate to be the successful bidders. Not only was this fabulous service for us but it showed the extra effort made to ensure the seller would get the best offer possible. Consequently, we asked Sally and Kate so sell our existing home. It was four weeks before Christmas and as we had the fear of bridging finance looming we were very keen to be sold by Christmas. We felt their pricing advice was spot on which proved true, the advice on presentation was very valuable, their marketing plan extensive, and the photos and presentation wonderful.
